Your profile may move through a staffing agency, vendor, prime vendor, recruiter, HR team or hiring manager. Initial reviews focus on relevant experience, technical skills, certifications, location, availability and role fit.
Hiring manager review
Managers compare shortlisted candidates based on technical expertise, project relevance, communication, business impact and team needs.
Interview, decision and onboarding
If selected, the process moves through interviews, feedback, client decision, offer discussion, documentation and onboarding. Delays do not always mean rejection; internal approvals and changing priorities can affect timing.
